The plan is to stop anyone riding the trail.... get them to work..... then steal their bike and go ride.

well the connection on the w cooridoor needed some more scouting, so the main group worked on some by-passes while tiki and steve looked for higher ground on the north end.

we got some good re routes done from just before the pametto spider south to just past the old fire road with the small ditchs on each side. our bypasses should be 100% high and dry all the time! great job guys! we need more trail days like that!

On sunday I was out there and saw the work you guys did. The drainage ditches on either side of the rode are holding up very well.  Saw the new trail but did not take it.

About 20% of the trail on the eastern side was under water.  Most of it was ridable, although in a few places the water was 6" deep and my pedals would not clear it.  In one particular place, it was almost hard to tell the trail direction.  Took all the bypasses.  It was a fun (and much more difficult than normal) ride, although I felt a little bad about possibly adding to ruts. There were quite a few other riders out there.

I see now that when it gets REALLY wet, this area is not going to be ridable without many bridges.
